Appi Inaugurated Andi Zulkifly to Be Secretary of Makassar City

FAJAR.CO.ID, MAKASSAR – Makassar Mayor Munafri Arifuddin or Appi inaugurated Andi Zulkifly as the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Makassar City. Takes out in the men’s room or, Makassar City Hall, Wednesday (5/28/2025).

“Today, Wednesday, 28 of May, 2025, I am the Mayor of Makassar, hereby officially inaugurating you as the Regional Secretary of Makassar City,” Appi said during the inauguration.

Appi said he believed Zulkifly to do his best work.

“I believe that you can carry out your duties as well as possible as the responsibility given,” said Appi.

Reported earlier, Appi appointed Andi Zulkifly as the Regional Secretary as stated in the letter numbered 800/3055/BKPSDMD/V/2025. Signed on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Zulkifly, his nickname. Set aside nine competitors in fighting over seats as the number one Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Makassar.

Each of them was Irwan Nobleman (Assistant III), Achmad Hendra Hakamuddin (Head of BPBD), Akhmad Namsum (Head of BKPSDMD).

Then Andi Evidence (Head of Kesbangpol), Dahyal (Secretary of the DPRD Council), Irwan Rusfiady Adnan (Acting Secretary of the Makassar Regional Secretary), Muhammad Fadli (Secretary of the Culture Office), Nuhammad Mario Said (Expert Staff in Field II), and Zainal Ibrahim (Head of the Transportation Agency).

In the regional secretary auction process, the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) advanced to the top three with his two seniors. Namely Acting Head of BPBD Achmad Hendra Hakamuddin, and Makassar City DPRD Secretary Dahyal.
