Many people feel that they have limited their eating of salty foods, but without realizing it, their daily salt intake is actually excessive. They were even shocked when they were checked, their blood pressure was far above the normal threshold.
Heart and blood vessel specialist, Prof Dr Dr Antonia Anna Lukito, SpJP(K), FIHA, FAPSIC, FAsCC, FSCAI from Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village said that salt or sodium can sometimes ‘hide’ in certain foods or drinks.
“Yes, the Indonesian Hypertension Association (PERHI) also recommends that salt intake should be 2.5 grams per day,” said Prof Antonia to detikcom when met in Tangerang Regency, Monday (18/5/2026).
“Don’t forget, salt is not always salty. Many people fall into the trap of being afraid of salt, so they reduce the saltiness. Even though many preservatives, flavourings, even fizzy drinks contain salt,” he continued.
Prof. Antonia emphasized that salt molecules can function in many ways, not only as a salty taste, so you need to be careful when consuming them by looking at the nutrition label behind the product.

Quoted from the Indonesian Ministry of Health’s website, excessive salt consumption can cause an increase in blood pressure (hypertension).
Hypertension is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, which are the leading causes of death in many countries. High salt consumption can also cause damage to the kidneys, increase the risk of osteoporosis, and worsen other health conditions such as chronic kidney disease.

The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recommends a limit for consumption of sugar, salt and fat (GGL) per person per day, namely 50 grams or 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2,000 milligrams of sodium or 5 grams or 1 teaspoon of salt (sodium/sodium), and only 67 grams of fat or 5 tablespoons of cooking oil.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
